Very unprofessional. Making multiple empty promises about updates and viewings. Took over a week to schedule a viewing and then CG lettings cancelled it the day before (after myself ringing to check if viewing was still going ahead, no email updates sent)

I have dealt with some really shocking letting agencies in the past but Erin and Rachel at T&G have been so incredible with my recent move viewing, referencing, payment and paperwork completed all within 3 days which is just unheard of. these to ladies have set an incredible standard for the company. 5 stars will definitly...
