Visited thismorning first thing when the phone shop opened, was greeted by a young gentleman called Ty, who was really friendly and personable while sorting out a sim only contract for me. The process only took around 15 minutes in total, which I thought was really quick, yet efficient. I was in and out, contract and SIM card in hand, happy with my overall experience of Tesco mobile, Brockworth, and definitely pleased with Tys customer service

Having accidentally put my mobile on a 40 degree wash, I needed a new phone urgently. Ty greeted me in a very friendly way and really could not have done any more to help me. Knowledgeable and friendly, he gave me advice and explained how everything worked and then took the time to set my phone up for me. .He is a credit to Tesco. Thanks.

Just a quick stop for fuel today and it's always fairly clear for anybody wanting to fill up quickly. However at busy times there can be some large queues. There's a good selection, as you would expect, inside the kiosk.

I broke one of my cardinal rules about supermarkets and Saturdays and how they shalt not mix. I needed some bits and pieces so I decided to bite the bullet and go to Tesco's. Plenty of trolleys and everything I wanted was in stock. All was ok until I discovered I had been overcharged (the till staff apologised profusely) so off I went to customer services. In most places they have separate customer services, but here they don't, you queue up as if you are buying lottery or cigarettes with a tiny sign informing you of this. I went and stood by the customer service bit and this woman in a really snotty tone said that oh no you can't stand there you have to get to the back of the line. The line consisted of 1 bloke so I just walked past him and stood behind him. Oh no you can't do that; you have to walk around the rope bit. I just glared at her and looked around at the nonexistent queue and stayed where I was. As luck happened then the guy who was before me finished his sale so I walked to the person who served him and all was sorted, she in the meantime walked off looking like she was sucking a lemon. I went away happy the overcharge had been sorted out with no fuss at all and the guy apologised for her, but that woman really got up my nose. Still one lemon sucking harridan apart this store is a pretty good place to shop, but check your receipts just in case.

I much prefer this store to the cattle market one - there is always space to park and the aisles aren't nearly as congested. Good offers and much friendlier staff. No huge queues (except at Christmas, where there are queues everywhere!) Everything you need under one roof - clothes, books, electricalsoh, and food!! I forgot to say that this store also has an instore cafe and personal hand car wash! They have a car wash machine too - but you can have it hand washed for you while you shop if you so wish. There are always plenty of trolleys of each size and the car park is always pretty tidy.

This is a relatively new supermarket - it opened in October 2006. I think it's a welcome addition to the local community, and the prices are much cheaper than the smaller, pre-existing grocery shops. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the shelves are generally well stocked. There are always plenty of offers on instore - often more than there are online, I find - and the clothing is very reasonably priced. There's always plenty of room in the car park, and it's easily accessible by foot, being just a short walk from both Brockworth itself and the new housing at Cooper's Edge. They open 24 hours a day from Monday morning to Saturday night, which is very handy. The self service check-outs are always good fun! The only thing I feel they're missing is a 24 hour pharmacy.
