I stumbled across this salon after meeting Lisa when I sold my DMs. I can honestly say I am blown away with it. From initial consultation Lisa & Molly were so helpful and so honest with their advice to get my hair to the right colour & condition. Initially I wanted to get my hair dyed just before holiday however Lisa told me not to due to the sun bleaching the colour. Tbh to be that open & not just want to take the money I think shows how good they are at what they do. On return from holiday I went to the salon and had my hair coloured & cut with Lisa. Throughout the appointment I was made to feel relaxed & welcome by all the girls and honestly I think they are all a credit to the "Chewys" name. I absolutely love my hair, the colour is spot on the banding is gone & the cut has made my hair feel so healthy & the shine is unreal. I would 100% recommend anyone to visit here as its a hidden gem of a salon!! Thankyou so much & see you soon.Services: Hairstyling

I?ve previously used Chewys for the occasional blow dry and have always been very delighted!This afternoon I called by 16/03/23 to see if they could fit me in for a quick wash & blow. For context I?ve got fine just below shoulder length hair with a 50gs of extensions for thickness just at the sides. I advised the receptionist of this or I?m unsure she would have asked?.or known. She then advised it would be £55.50??.I?ve never walked out of anywhere, because of price ( I?ve usually got a rough idea) I?d previously checked out their website and I couldn?t see a price if £55.50 or I wouldn?t of gone on the off chance.I have absolutely no issue with the receptionist, she is just the messenger and does not fix the prices, she was kind and helpful and advised they used good quality products and it would take an hour and half. My regular stylist takes 45 minutes to wash blow dry and straighten my hair. (She wasn?t available today) it?s so sad I?ve just left a local business because the price is so far out of my league and I suspect many in Quedgeley. Lisa surely you?d rather have some business than no business.

For someone who finds haircuts an anxiety trigger and has no idea about anything "hair" - I can highly recommend Chewys. I have been 3 times now and each time I have been over the moon with my hair and felt so comfortable the whole time. Highly recommended.
