Went in to westgate street branch yesterday. Went over to childrens clothing section to look for gift for younger member of family- had been standing there for 5 seconds when a shop member came straight over and decided to start stacking and tidying shelves right in front of me so i had to move away. No offer of "do you mind if i can just get there to put these on the shelves" just barge in when the customer is browsing and MAKE the customer move. Why not just be polite and wait a couple of seconds until i'd looked and then moved away. So rude!!!So i moved over to look at bric a brac and lo and behold the other shop worker decided that it was desparately important for her to come over at that PRECISE moment and without even asking me to to move, practically physically knocked me out of the way to put one item on the shelf right in front of me.I HAVE MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS AND AM QUITE UNSTEADY ON MY FEET and she was so brisk and full on that i had to turn quickly and sharply to get out of her way otherwise i would have been knocked over. I stumbled slightly and knocked into a display stand therefore knocking something off it on to the floor. "Dont worry" she trilled "im always knocking it off". Im not surprised you are knocking things off display stands if you are barging about in hyperactive mode. Please can you take some more training on how to treat customers who are after all the people that keep the shop running. NO ONE IS GOING TO DIE IF A COUPLE OF ITEMS ARE NOT PUT ONTO THE SHELVES IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE TAKE MORE BREAKS, DE-STRESS AND STOP KNOCKING CUSTOMERS OVER. I WONT BE GOING INTO THE SHOP AGAIN
