The most rude staff EVER! I was trying to pick up a UPS package this morning at 7.30 and was literally shouted at for being there before 9 am. I said that on the email tracking from UPS, it just says that they're open from 7am, but he said he didn't care what the UPS email said. Then they told me the package was not there but it was and I was made to wait whilst other customers were served! I told the server he was very rude and his customer service skills were non-existent, and I asked for the manager's name, which he said was Jay? I think? So that I could complain, but there is no contact email info on the website. One of the guys there is very nice, but the others are dreadful! I was told off the week before for not having 3 copies of docs to return to Amazon but I didn't need 3 (got sent fine and Amazon refunded me) but when I tried to explain that Amazon says only 1 copy needed he said he didn't care what Amazon said. Sorry this is so long, but it made a very mad start to my day! I have complained to UPS and Costcuttter ?

DO NOT SEND ANY PARCELS HERE TO COLLECT. THEY DO NOT WANT TO KNOW. THEY WILL SHOUT AT YOU. TELL YOU REPEATEDLY TO COME BACK AND THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE AN INCONVENIENCE. IT IS NEVER A GOOD TIME FOR THEM TO SEARCH FOR YOUR PARCEL DESPITE THEM SO SAY WANTING THE CUSTOMERS.THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME TO SERVE YOU, THEY EXPECT YOU WAIT, WHILST SERVING OTHER CUSTOMERS. MAKES NO DIFFERENCE IF YOU BUY FUEL OR NOT, STILL TREATED WITH CONTEMPT, TAKES 20 MINS EVERY TIME. THEY GIVE YOU THE WRONG PARCELS, TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT AND BLAME YOU THE CUSTOMER. THIS IS MY LOCAL PETROL STATION AND SHOP AND I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR STORE AGAIN AFTER THE THIRD ABUSIVE INCIDENT.VILE STAFF. RUDE AGGRESSIVE AND INTIMIDATING.

Terrible Service... Would not take our parcels for UPS even though they are a drop off locztion. UPS need to get better drop shops with better service as they are representing thier brand very poorly!!! Will not shop here now due to this interaction so Costcutter also being poorly represented. Awful!

Lost a parcel that got delivered there for pick up. Didnt even seem sorry about it.

Been in twice in the last two months. All three staff I have had dealings with have been patronising, rude and unhelpful. They give the feeling like they are doing me a favour by letting me in the shop. The last experience was also around Amazon UPS returns .The description as a UPS Access Point is that they will pack, label and send your item, after you show your barcode to be scanned - the reality was that they threw two bags at me, told me to put the items in, the shoe boxes (fairly standard Amazon return item) wouldn't fit so they told me to go away. I have no idea how they make money, but it won't be mine. Ever.

Refuses Amazon pickup unless it's on the day of collections. Don't even bother, attitude and completely unhelpful. No mask, simply doesn't care.

Refuses to accept ups unless you get there before the pickup. Rude man. Take your business elsewhere.
