I tried to ring the CUSTOMER SERVICES department due to a problem with my delivery and can honestly say it was the worst customer service experience I have EVER had. Absolutely vile and rude behaviour from the employees. I simply asked for a phone number for a different department and was given a \\\"hmph\\\" followed by the phone number and as I said \\\"thank you, have a nice-\\\" I was hung up on. Royal mail, you are a joke. Get competent staff.

25 days and still no one knows wheres the parcel, if you steal it just say that one of stuff has stole the parcel if you know where is it update on the page. They dont want to one to call royalmail wait time is 60 minutes if u send email they says the email not in use, you better shut down forever RoyalMail.

Terrible service. Nice lady in a local post office gave me a direct number due to the royal mail automated number being useless. The member of staff who I got through too couldn't care less and basically pushed me back on the the automated help line.

They sent my parcel to yatton in error they said it would be re routes immediately 3 days later no movement also I payed for 2-3 day delivery estimate I have still not received my parcel it was a Christmas present for my parents I was highly embarrassed when it did not show if there was a lower rating I would give it for the lies and me paying the extra money assuring me it would be here for Christmas I had to get last minute presents which werenâ??t half as good so I had to pay for that as well I am very dissapointed and they havenâ??t offered any compensation even though it still hasnâ??t arrived avoid this company at all cost
