Would give 5 star but badly layer out store. The click and collect is excellent. Lady on counter was top notch, knew what she was doing and had no issue refunding me. Pleasant experience.

So I got delivery , someone came and said they left my purchase downstairs because t he ey don't deliver to the door when you are in flats!? Why did I pay for delivery then? I am on first floor,he arledy walk to my door to tell me he doesn't deliver to the door. Is it that hard for young, healthy man to just take that with him? Just be kind people. I had to ask my neighbour to help me. Not good at all. I want my delivery money back and remember never order anything from them again.

I went to the store to take advantage of an offer on a cordless strimmer. I could not see the strimmer on the shelf so I went to the customer service desk where I was ignored by 2 members of staff.Upset at the poor service I left and ordered online. Unfortunately, I miss understood the offer and didn't receive the free battery.When the Strimmer was delivered it was dumped on my drive in full view and no attempt was made to alert anyone in the house that it had been delivered; it was only by chance that my wife noticed it and brought it inside before it got stolen.I contacted customer service to tell them of my poor experience and how id missed out on the free battery; expecting an apology and the battery.No all I've had is the run around of email ping pong and a customer service rep sticking to the script.I am very unhappy and unlikely to use Wickes again particularly when there are other retailers I can use.

Easy to find what you want, most of the time. If something isn't in stock, the problem is they don't know when it will be in. We have been told that they don't know what is going to be on a delivery until it turns up! Think they need a decent stock control system!

Needed some floor tiles for our kitchen project, di need some assistance and staff were more than happy to help.Thankfully I had a trade pro card Sotherton 10% off did help.All in all a good experience.

Ordered flooring online with click and collect.Arrived within the 1 hour to find all items as ordered ready for collection, smoothest C&C ever experienced, supermarkets could learn a lot from the Cirencester store

The Cirencester branch staff did a great job in helping me sort out an order I had placed online - even though I had to cancel it. Really good, clear communication keeping me informed with no hassle. Shame the rest of Wickes isn't like the professional team in Cirencester.
