“Great service!The engine splash shield had come away. Called up and was told to drop off first thing the next day. Dropped it off and by midday it was all sorted. Went to pick it up they explained what had happened and that it was now fixed. They didn’t charge me either! Used a few times and always been very impressed. Thank you!”

“Pre-ordered tyres online and made an appointment to fit. Mechanic showed me the perished tyres he removed. My fitting began 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. Parking was full but I was invited to drive straight into the service bay. Excellent service. No pun intended!”

“Went in on Saturday for an MOT and interim service. Unfortunately it failed on a major issue so could only be fixed on Monday at the earliest. Both Philippa on Saturday and Amy today (Monday) were lovely on the phone and reassured me throughout.When I got there it was apparent that there was a severe staff shortage, and Amy had to deal with both phone calls and customers in the reception itself. While under immense pressure, she kept her cool and dealt with everyone with care and attention despite having no Internet system up and running, and having to answer calls on her private phone.My car in the mean time had been sorted and all relevant paperwork supplied.Considering the stress they were under they remained personable, friendly and professional.Would certainly use again and I hope things get sorted soon!Thanks again to all the Halfords team ?”
