No longer feels like TGI Fridays, sadly. Used to be a great place to come, with a great atmosphere and great food which was reasonably priced.Extremely disappointing. Prices are now sky high and wouldn?t mind if the quality of the food had at least stayed the same. But the food is now budget pub at best.Such a shame.

I came to TGI Fridays for the first time this evening with some of my family. The children received balloons? much to their delight, and a wonderful celebration was given to my nephew for his birthday. THANK YOU SO MUCH to a lovely lady Shai (hope that's spelt correctly) She was AMAZING! Very welcoming, and took great care of us. We were a large table too so a BIG shout out ?? Thank you 5 ? from us! Happy New Year ?

Visited 17/12: disappointed. I?ve always had really good experiences here and particularly at this TGI. I?ve been coming here for years and spent key celebrations here but this visit was disheartening. We arrived on the Sunday evening when it was very quiet inside but we were left standing in the foyer area for a while before my mum had to flag a member of staff down for them to notice us despite various staff walking past us. The table wasn?t even ready for us so were told ?two minutes,? which turned into a further five- I?m disabled so had to sit down on my walker while we waited. Our server was ok- not rude but not friendly and certainly not the standard you expect at TGI. We had dinner and it was ok- u don?t think it justified the price we paid. I had said we were celebrating too and although the server acknowledged we were celebrating nothing ever happened with that beyond at the end she bought a slice of cake over and said ?who?s the person celebrating?? and that was it.I guess it?s no longer the place to go to celebrate or expect the happy and fun vibes it used to give. Perhaps it?s now just your average run of the mill grill and we expect too much.Wheelchair accessible entrance and toilets.Ps- £18 for two cocktails?!?!?!Parking: Plenty of spacesWheelchair accessibility: Accessible inside and entrance.Wheelchair accessible toilets.

Unfortunately not a good review. First point we called and no one answered, someone called back and answered the call as ?had a missed call from you, yeah it?s TGI?s? Not really professional. When we arrived could see it was clearly busy which is fine but very loud and rowdy and difficult to hear ourselves speaking which can be frustrating. Starters came out quick and was lovely which seemed promising. Waiting over an hour for mains for them to come out stone cold and pretty appalling. The upgraded chips were stone cold with cremated minimal bacon fries and tiny amount of cheese sauce which was an extra £6. Steak was £30 cold and fatty. £40 mixed grill was dyer burnt chicken and was cold. Food seamed to of been cooked and just left which might of explained the dry and chewy texture appearance. For the massive price increase and the quality of food you?d of have a better meal from maccies. On a positive note the young lad who served us was polite and understanding and apologised for the food and spoke to the manager. He was brilliant just a shame in the rest of the experience. Will not be returning in a hurry!

Slow service, maybe short staffed? But waitress was very polite and asked if we wanted our drinks refilled, only thing that really let it down for me was the two bite check. (No one checked we were enjoying our meal).Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with whole separate kids menu

In my top 10 worst meals ever.I've been to TGI many times in the past and normally it's been reasonable, although sometimes slightly overpricedThis time was different right from.the start. The menu has shrunk massively, with some items now only available on set price 2 course menus. Even worse, you can't mix and match between these, even if you (as I was) are happy to pay the higher menu price. This is because TGIs till system seems to have been developed in 1965 and has no capability for staff to amend orders. For the food and drink we did order ...it was awful. The "milkshakes" were basically nesquik...but an £8 nesquik. My onion rings were so burnt I could have made a charcoal drawing if I'd had any paper. The attitude of our waitress was somewhere between passive aggressive and "couldn't care less". The manager seemed nice but was clearly unable to do anything to help.At a time when restaurant chains are struggling for custom I would have thought customer service wouod be all...TGI don't seem to care at all.

Lovely staff, very committed and friendly and frankly deserve a better place to work.Food prices are suddenly astronomical, £8 for a small 300ml Oreo milkshake, £20 for veg fajitas, £19 for a cocktail, food on tiny plates now too, ridiculous.I ordered 'cheaper' Uptown 2-course lunch menu - vegan potato skins starter and vegan burger for a still overpriced £18, and sent it all back for a refund as burger wasnt even cooked and tasted foul. The starter was only edible as hadn't eaten all day, but clearly sour old frozen skins, with something synthetic, flavour-free, green and sauce-like which I'm told is guacamole.Husband ploughed on with a tiny £16.99 hot dog meal that left a nasty taste in his mouth. £30 bill for 1 person and my Diet Coke - would have been £50 if I puke-ate my burger. Come on!We've been coming here for 30 years and it's just worse and worse every time we try it. We're not alone in our complaints I'm told.Management take note, customers are not the enemy. You will lose us all eventually... then what?

Visited with a couple of friends and although the food and service were ok, the value for money wasn't. The prices seem high and once you read descriptions, a lot of the meals come with a choice of a side dish. I had chicken fingers which were £17.50 which is insanely expensive but with the side of cheese and maple bacon fries it didn't seem too bad.Unfortunately, the portions were tiny. The "loaded" fries had almost no cheese, no bacon and no taste of anything maple. It was more like a seasoning than loaded. When the bill came, the "choice of side" I assumed was included in the £17.50 chicken fingers, had a supplement of £2 (and a bit...can't quite remember the full amount). Absolute rip off when you can go to a burger place in town and get an absolutely loaded burger with a huge portion of fries with actual toppings, and pay the same.I know food has gotten expensive, but this was over board. Keep your money and go somewhere else instead

What a disappointment! Fridays have lost the magic! Such a shame as it use to have a fantastic atmosphere with great food. The menu is limited, expensive and the portions are small. They need to step it up as there are far better restaurants in Cheltenham to visit. We visited on a Saturday night and it was dead! Speaks volumes!

Kinda is what you'd expect but I didn't really have a great experience and won't be going back. The restaurant was pretty empty when I arrived but it still took nearly 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me waiting at the door to be seated. The restaurant was cold, apparently the air conditioning wasn't working. When ordering my food, the waitress was friendly, had forgotten to bring her notebook, but I said it was simply a chicken burger with fries, no sides, no drinks. When it arrived I always eat the chips first and they were good. When I went into the burger, it was a beef burger rather than chicken burger. I waited for a couple of minutes but the waitress wasn't around so I had to go and find her. When I said my order was wrong she argued I'd ordered a beef burger! Another waitress stepped in and said she would get my correct order. When it arrived it wasn't anything particularly special, I couldn't taste the chicken, even leaving the bun behind there was no real taste.I won't be going back again.
