I have visited this branch of Sports Direct twice this week to check out the trainers in the sale. On the first visit, I only saw one member of staff on the shop floor actively helping customers. On my second visit, the same member of staff was the only one actively helping customers. Tony (in the shoe section) was efficient, quick, informative and thorough in his assistance. On my second visit, I was with my mum who has mobility issues and nothing was too much trouble for Tony. Without doubt, the best service I've received in a sports direct / retail in a long while and we left with nearly all the shoes we tried on! Thank you Tony, we'll be back!

Took men?s walking boots back after Christmas because I brought wrong size, only need a size smaller but because i couldn?t find a receipt the supervisor declined. Now I stuck with a pair I paid 50 pounds for. Never shop there again. Very rude supervisor in Cheltenham store.

Wasn't very happy because I came into store and I didn't like how they radioed my items of shopping accusing me of shop lifting . I purchased my items and as I walked away, the lady at till radioed saying my items implying they think I was shop lifting. Didn't like this service.

Terrible staff, one of male staff was very rude to us, even no manners in talk to their customer. We just walk out, no way to shop again the specific shop.

All at competitive prices.Just be aware that this company will not give you a refund if you require one!!It's very sneaky once you've parted with your cash , it belongs to them!! You will only be issued a credit note for the store! Making sure they keep your cash. So if you need to take anything back , YOU WILL ONLY GET A CREDIT NOTE!! NOT A CASH REFUND!

Tried on trainers. Woman stood there with attitude. Insisted on taking them to the till. I laughed and said I was aware where the till was and continued to the till where she threw me a dirty look.
