“I wish I made a note of the name of the girl who helped me today, but I just want to take the time to shout out to her and say thanks for helping me. I have awful feet and it takes some time to find shoes that are comfortable for my flat feet- she was patient and spent time with me and listened to find a pair that worked for me. Eventually she recommended a brand I hadn’t tried and they were perfect! Unfortunately they didn’t have my size so I had to order from the brand’s website but it really showed how she cared about my needs!! Can’t wait to get my new Teva sandals :)”

“As with all these reviews if you have been to one store you have been to them all. This is a "home" store so don't expect to find clothes here. A wide range of furniture bedding. Crockery etc. It does have a cafe which I am sure is cheaper than Costa or starbucks. Just over the car park is a "food" store which again provides the range of M&S food. All together it provides a good M&S range. What more could you want. I don't think an M&S clothes store is allowed on this site because of a planning agreement which keeps the clothes shop in town. Anyway it's M&S so even though we ridicule it but we still go there.”

“Good quality high street clothes store. Centrally located in Cheltenham town centre. Large range of womens, men's and children's clothes. Quick delivery if they don't have what you want as well.”

“Wow the store was really busy. I needed a pair of shoes and liked the look of the Kangol range I looked at online but in store I couldn't find them. I stopped an assistant who was really busy but he directed me to the Kangol stand he found me a pair of size 10's so I tried them on but I didn't like the style and as he passed by he asked me how I was getting on I explained what I wanted and he found me the exact ones in a 10.5 and they fitted perfectly. The lads name was Tone maybe short for Tony I was so pleased with how I was treated I decided to buy a pair of trainers as well. May I add the young lady on the till was also polite and helpful.
