Went in once and had to wait 15 minutes with no other customers in the store to be given the privilege of purchasing allergy medication, and they had no tissues for sale.Saturday I tried to go in but they were closed all weekend long due to staff shortages, went to go today (Monday) and they were closed entirely for lunch again due to staff shortages, GET IT TOGETHER!

The only pharmacy in Cheltenham (/7) that I?ve called today who have helped me get the medication I need due to stock shortages.Answered the phone immediately. And helped me for as long as it took to get an older in.I think people need to understand that if they aren?t answering, they?re probably helping someone else.Massive help!Thanks again!

Went to pick up some important medication for a severe allergic reaction and when I arrived the door was locked, sign on door saying they are on break 1-2 and this was ten to 1 when I knocked to ask why they?ve closed early they just pointed to the on sign and shouted ?we?re on lunch? when I replied saying it?s not 1 yet they proceeded to sit there looking smug and raised they?re shoulders. Rude staff, always bad experience, I understand the they want they?re break but shut it on time.

Waste of time. Having to queue outside for over 20 minutes. No acknowledgement and a long queue. To get no where fast. Will be changing pharmacy's where the staff care about there customers and no so rude
