My experince with Leadrs since 2020 is more than perfect they always listen to any complaints. Maintenance wise very fast their service is perfect. Not to mention Sarah there she is very helpful and act very fast to any issues and resolve it.

An absolute nightmare of a company. To start, I viewed a property in early October. As current tenants were living there, I didn't get up close and personal to do an inspection. Clearly, I should have.I received keys in December for my move in (from London). I picked them up at the office and then went to the house. I came in to find a leaking roof, 4 ft of water running down one of the bedroom walls, mould in the closet, an oven that doesn't work, floorboards coming off, mice, and a back door that wouldn't lock.Getting ahold of the property manager Shelly was initially a hassle, until I started calling her daily for updates. After fighting to get Leaders to go to the landlord (who lives in Australia..) to ask for the tenancy to be ended early, it was still weeks before I heard anything back. Repeatedly Shelly told me she'd email me updates, and almost never did. I had to continue to call for information and status updates. It was blamed on "a break down between the front end team" for her not knowing that the property was an absolute mess. Why they didn't bother to do a walkthrough before handing me the keys I can't understand. The property never should have been handed over in that state.Only after offering to cover rent until 12 February did I finally get released from the lease. Then they call me on 18 Jan, asking if they can end it that day (I'd already moved out), so they can go in and start repair work right away. I'll add that the property (9 Keynsham St) was already re-listed on Rightmove on 15 Jan, despite the state of disarray in the house. I agree to end as of 18 Jan. It took them SEVEN weeks to refund me the £1000 they owned me back in rent. I was again calling Shelly weekly for updates and kept getting the same response of "I'll look into it, I'll email you updates, give me a few more days, well there's no contact number for the finance team", etc. Well dear reader, you probably won't be surprised to hear I in fact did not get email updates. Only after asking for a manager, Sarah, did anything actually happen. Sarah resolved in 3 days time what had at that point been 6 and a half weeks of asking Shelly to get this resolved.Shelly is a sweet person to speak with, but when it came to taking action I am immensely disappointed.Avoid Leaders at all costs. They're a nightmare to deal with, and clearly have shady business practices.

I would highly recommend Leaders in Cheltenham. I have been a tenant with Leaders for a number of years and Shelley has always been incredibly supportive with any queries I have. She is very professional and goes out of her way to help. Her empathy and kindness also makes an enormous difference.

I would like to mention that Leaders Lettings have been very helpful in finding suitable houses and arranging our viewings when we needed to relocate. They are professional yet very flexible given that we were relocating from a different city. Katie Vince handled all our queries and I must say that her service and responses were prompt and impeccable. She is definitely a gem to this organisation.

Got the keys to our new flat today and were were very impressed by the whole process and how quickly it all went through. Katie was amazing for ensuring we were kept up to date and nothing was held up and always very quick to respond to any queries!
