Mollie was fantastic. We discussed everything the cut and colour prior to having my hair washed. She explained the process and checked the colour at every stage. Lou is so amazing at hair! She knew exactly what I needed and I’m really pleased with the outcome. Had the best shampoo experience with a weighted blanket to stay warm, low fairy lighting and relaxing music. The best 10 minutes of chill time during a busy week.
