Unprofessional staff member, complaining about his job whilst serving us and struggled with everything he was doing. We asked to transfer my fiancée?s phone number from O2 which after several attempts he said he had done when in actual fact it still hasn?t been done yet.

Disgraceful service. Visited on Sunday afternoon, 11th of February. Coming from someone who has over 20 years of retail and hospitality management experience, this shop is an example of how not to run a business. I knew before I walked through the door that it wasn?t going to go well. The sales assistant sat down right by the door, hunched over staring at his phone. Try smiling and greeting a customer instead of approaching me with an attitude problem as though I?ve inconvenienced you by taking you away from your phone. I went in there as I had ordered an upgrade online that had been opened and resealed and I wanted to refuse it and get a new iPhone that wasn?t a customer return and a battered box. The staff member tells me that he cant do anything whatsoever as it was ordered online. For starters that is a stupid policy. Secondly, no offer of apology on behalf of EE or any attempt at resolution. The manager of this store needs to have a word with himself if this is the level of training and managing he does.

Went to the shop twice couldn't sort out the problem. Went to another EE shop same problem, went to a different supplier.

Jensen was most helpful when I went to EE today to change my pre-paid SIM to a post paid contract.He helped me to get the most economical package so we now save over 40% by adding me to my husband?s account and sharing his unused data.

Told me my contract had been amended as coming to end of 24 months and had helped to save money. Nothing had been done and more expensive when contract came to end.

About as much use as a chocolate fireguard when trying to solve problems. Happy to upgrade my phone without ID but when it comes to SIM related issues they insist on it. Funny that. Go to Tewkesbury instead where the staff care.
