Although the treatment I received was good, I was not impressed to be told that the practice is no longer making NHS appointments, without any prior warning.

NO STARS absolutely appalling service. Before I went in, I heard the whole team complaining, about NHS referral patients. How they don't get paid for the referrals, they get and people who ring up, for emergency treatment. Literally calling people liars, and said, they will create a book of names, of people who regularly...
