“I contacted Roylan cycles to service and repair my road bike. They responded quickly by email and managed to give me an appointment soon after. The service I received was exceptional, Matthew was knowledgeable and talked me though his recommended repairs. There was no pressure or obligation to carry out the additional works but I trusted his expert opinion. They went above and beyond to get my bike ready by lunchtime and the price was very reasonable. My bike is now good as new and I can’t recommend enough this fantastic business. I urge anyone to support this local shop!”

“Visited the Kingsditch store in Cheltenham 6th Nov with a. Infants bike needing stabilisers and to look at balance bikes for my grandchildren too. Was helped by Nick and Rich each contributing to me feeling I had a really great experience. Not being familiar with balance bikes & stabilisers I was helped with fitting and selection. I felt confident of their guidance and help and left the store feeling very happy with my relationship with Halfords and the way it treated customers.”

“Excellent experience buying and subsequent support of a Specialized Turbo Levo. Lots of advice and support for me and my son as we bought the bike. Brought the bike in for a free six week service. I made a passing observation about a small concern I had after a riding incident that was nothing to do with Leisure Lakes. Without prompting the team, from the guy who booked the bike in, to the mechanics who worked on it, did further investigations, spoke to me several times to clarify the issue and make sure they understood and did some extra work beyond the normal scope of their service to make sure the bike was ok and safe to ride. Most of this was beyond the scope of the service , I didn't explicitly ask for it and they didn't charge me for it. THIS IS WHY YOU USE LBS. Genuinely great job. :)”

“Wow the store was really busy. I needed a pair of shoes and liked the look of the Kangol range I looked at online but in store I couldn't find them. I stopped an assistant who was really busy but he directed me to the Kangol stand he found me a pair of size 10's so I tried them on but I didn't like the style and as he passed by he asked me how I was getting on I explained what I wanted and he found me the exact ones in a 10.5 and they fitted perfectly. The lads name was Tone maybe short for Tony I was so pleased with how I was treated I decided to buy a pair of trainers as well. May I add the young lady on the till was also polite and helpful. Visit time and date 16:16 06/09/22”
