Very quick turn around on getting fixed, did a perfect job and they even noticed a small issue in one of the wheels, gave me a quote and fixed whilst the car was on the ramp. “Took a little while to find as Google Maps gave erroneous directions. Found it tucked away off in a little unsigned commercial estate off Kingsditch Lane. Small counter area but there looked to be an extensive range of car parts on more than one level. In spite of the queue of customers and many people in a back office only one hard working chap was serving. I was there to collect an order I'd made on line and unfortunately it wasn't to hand and took a while to find. When I got home I had an email saying my advance order had been cancelled as the company had overestimated their stock so I was very grateful to the server who had managed to find my part! Overall, pleased with my great bargain and will buy from there again, now I know where it is!”

“Went in on Saturday for an MOT and interim service. Unfortunately it failed on a major issue so could only be fixed on Monday at the earliest. Both Philippa on Saturday and Amy today (Monday) were lovely on the phone and reassured me throughout.When I got there it was apparent that there was a severe staff shortage, and Amy had to deal with both phone calls and customers in the reception itself. While under immense pressure, she kept her cool and dealt with everyone with care and attention despite having no Internet system up and running, and having to answer calls on her private phone.My car in the mean time had been sorted and all relevant paperwork supplied.Considering the stress they were under they remained personable, friendly and professional.Would certainly use again and I hope things get sorted soon!Thanks again to all the Halfords team ?”
