The place is too big n whoever was in the self check out with dark hair at 09:00 on the 12th March 2024 needs talking to. She's not a security guard and she was staring at me n walked right up behind me when paying staring over my shoulder trying to intimidate me. Seen multiple reviews of the place and it seems to be a continuous problem here!

Witnessed a staff member being very aggressive towards a customer yesterday at the check outs. She got right in the ladies face because of a simple misunderstanding with another member of staff, in front of the ladies young daughter as well. She charged over with sheer hatred in her eyes, and it didn?t really seem to be about the issue?

Does anyone else remember when Tesco used to say they'd open more checkouts if more than two people were queuing? Like most supermarkets, they seem to prefer customers to serve themselves than pay staff to serve us. We shopped there this morning, very long queues (frozen goods defrosting) and half of the checkouts were out of use.

I am living nearby, shopping in this Tesco Extra very often. But I don?t like it since the goods always change places thus I can?t find them very easily and quickly. This makes me have a bad experience with this shop and I think this also wastes the time of the employees in Tesco extra to organize the goods from here to there very very often!!

I've just finished a tesco shop and I used the self check out as I always do. I never take it print my receipt as I just throw them out. I was stopped by the cashier at exit asking for proof of payment after paying.Do people think this is quieting our integrity. I'm shocked for words

Started shopping at Tesco on a regular basis following a house move, as they were my local store. Used their Handsets to scan my own shopping. On at least 60-70% of my trips I have been selected for a re-scan (full and partial). I fully understand why they do the re-scan but unless my luck is incredibly bad I don?t understand why I am being selected so often, this is now making me resent using Tesco. There has never been an issue following the re-scan of my items with all items scanned correctly.They state their customer selection is random but this doesn?t appear to be the case.I didn?t want to be made to feel this way so stopped shopping with them.Recently I thought I would give them another go ? Guess what? stopped again for a full bag re-scan. Again, no issues as I had scanned everything.I want to shop and feel like a valued customer and not the untrustworthy customer Tesco are treating me like.24 June - Thought I would try again. Guess what... full rescan of my shopping. Asked to speak with Duty Manager to feedback on my recent experience. I could hear the assistant I originally spoke to at the checkouts talking about me and laughing on their headsets. Really is a shocking and disrespectful level of service.
