I called up the shop to see where about my delivery was and a man named Jonathan answered the phone. He was extremely rude and wouldn't tell me the progress of my order and was in general a terrible customer service. I’m writing this post because I am really impressed by how helpful and informative the guy was their he’s a white guy around 5-7 with a cap on he was nice and I felt he helped me and made me visit pleasant and I just want to say a big thankyou and I wish customer service was more like this.
