Lady at the desk was helpful, but walking in the door it looks like a convenience store that's gone bust and is just packing up its last few things from the shelves and about to close up for good. Front desk was deserted so I nearly walked back out. Back desk was still open....served by a woman who obviously had her very young child there with her for the day. I went in a few months or so back and thought they were maybe revamping it, but have gone back in today and and it's still the same. Was personally quite shocked to find it like that in such a nice little village! Got done what I needed to, but certainly not a very inviting place....

Over a period of the last three months I have deliberately recorded how many times I?ve been to the post office and how many times it is closed. I go twice a week and it is 60% of the time closed. This never appears on the website, and so when it?s closed early, for example, there should be a notification on the website and then this way you save people like me to travel home to walk a mile into the post office and back. This review in no way concerns the posties who deliver. They are fantastic and clearly are very committed to serving the community.

Iv posted money once and vouchers once as first class signed for at this post office and both times conveniently didn't reach their destination, both parcels when I typed in tracking number said they had been received at post office and that was it, hadn't even gone anywhere after that and this was 3 weeks after taking it there! Neither parcel was found or got there, (wonder who has got them??) and only offered postage fee back. So a loss of £100 altogether! Will never post here again.

The post office has been closed since 15th March.The post office was supposed to re-open on 30th March but now there is a sign saying that the post office will be closed until further notice.In a village where there are a lot of old people and many people with no car, it is absolutely a shame.

My local Post Office usual PO services. Small selection of food and stationary available. Staff helpful and polite. There is limited parking on the street next to PO. It is wheelchair accessible with care it is a tight fit. Staff and customers all very helpful.
