Ordered clock and collect, it was on-time, order was correct and the drinks were lovely. The gent with glasses and short black hair who made the drinks was very polite and the milk was lovely and velvety. 5/5

Costa was always my 'go to' fir lunch when I lived in the UK. Great coffee, the best cheese toasties, and friendly staff. Now we live in Spain (no Costa's boooo), but on a trip back to the UK to visit relatives, it was great to pop into the Harwich/Dovercourt Costa and find that nothing has changed. Still as good as ever and a great place to stop off.

This Costa is always consistent, delivering great coffee, food and a warm welcome. You always feel your custom is valued and that the team know what customer service is all about. Yes it?s a chain but this branch shines.

Went for coffee and breakfast at drive thru, unfortunately they had hardly any breakfast food left at 10am?! Staff were friendly but didn't really offer much in way of alternative or apology.

Coffee was OK but noisy, I'm sure the barista is deaf. Not pleasant if you use hearing aids.

Nice and local friendly staff. Not gluten and dairy free options thoughDietary restrictions: Only gluten and dairy free option was a flap jack. The staff were lovely though and tried very hard to help

Had coffee with a brie and bacon sandwich. Both were delivered to our table by a member of staff. The usual Costa experience with both the food and the drink arriving at the table nice and hot.
