Was working in the area and found this garage on google reviews. My Freelander 2 was making a whirring noise, which was quickly identified by Rik as a faulty throttle housing. I decided to have my timing belt changed too, as I had no supporting paperwork to confirm it had been done by the previous owner. I was given a very competitive quote, which I agreed to. From booking the work in over the phone, to receiving my car back on time, everyone I spoke to was very polite, efficient and friendly. Thank you so much, I?m very pleased.

Yet again, totally brilliant service and support from these Guys especially Rik and his Wife. They carried out an MOT on my Sons Business van together with an overdue service and also fixed a previous urgent van recovery for a diesel injector failure taken to them at very short notice by GEM recovery. We have used these Guys before during the last year for other van and car work. We have been to a number of garages in this area over the last 30 years, and we must say that VR have been the very best. Please give them a try you will never regret it. Best service and support with very competitive prices, no rip off's just straight talking.

I started to use here earlier on in the year where they squeezed me in for a clutch repair. They provided a reasonable price and they did the repair quickly. I have since sent both my cars here for any work/repairs that have been required. They have been so accommodating getting me in around my commitments.I have never felt over charged and they have conducted the work well and as quick as they can.Totally recommend them.

Found this garage when I needed a clutch spring replaced. Fitted me in quickly had the job done within an hour and charged me a great price. Now had rear discs and pads fitted here, done within 90 minutes and the best quote in Colchester. I'll now have all my car repairs done here, I wouldn't bother going anywhere else. Genuine people and do a great job.

Got a health check here today on my nissan juke very honest guy Rick is top bloke and couldn't find anything wrong which he never charged me for, will be sure to use this garage for anything I need in the future he also recommend me a place to get my tracking done turns out my wheel alightment was slightly out so thanks again Rick
