I recently bought a new oil boiler from TP. Communication wasn't great but during a phone call, I was told that they buy the boilers in from City Plumbing. I called CP and arranged the delivery directly as TP seemed to be struggling with it. As it was, CP's price for the same boiler was £200 cheaper than Trade Plumbings. So I ended up paying £200 more to arrange the delivery myself.. not quite what I'd had in mind, but I now have a lovely new boiler.

I'm so pleased I used this company to purchase some column radiators. I ordered on their website and received the goods within 4 days. The quality of the rads are excellent. They even stay hot an hour later after the heating goes off!!The customer service I received from Trade plumbing was 5 star. They were on it straight away when there was a missing part for one of the rads. It was received in the post within a day. I would 100% recommend this company if you want quality rads at a good price too. Thanks again guys!

Had a little problem with billing initially, not Tradeplumbings' fault but my mind was put at ease with a quick email to customer services.I ordered a radiator which was not a normal sizing and I could only find it here. Pricing was reasonable and delivery was next day, awesome.

Found online they had the pressure reducing valve with the correct fittings for my job so rang to confirm it was actually on the shelf. The guy went and found it and confirmed its spec, and said if I ordered it on line before lunch it would be shipped same day. It was and I got it next day.

Saved quite a lot on the boiler I purchased. Only thing I would say to the company is the phone call charges; do away with those as no one wants to pay to call any company. Had I had an issue, paying to call you to remedy would just wind me up further.
