Popped in to see if I could get a new tap cartridge, unfortunately I had a random one but the gentleman in the shop was very knowledgeable and very helpful and told me a way to sort my issue out. Was nice to find a shop that actually wants to help and resolve things as opposed to just selling me a new tap. Would highly recommend.

Being going in for years . Always most helpful even with just questions and no hesitation in recommending them. Don't buy sink stuff from the multiples: looks good and cheap there on the shelf but you'll be replacing it quickly.

Amazing selection of taps and sinks from the higher end of the market. Don't expect a super cheap bargain however the quality does speak for itself. Easy location in Copford too. Only lost a star as was in there for 10-15 minutes browsing and whoever was in the office talking loudly on the phone didn't have the decency to show his face let alone ask if we needed help. We, along with our money for new taps and 2 new sinks, left to spend it elsewhere.

Excellent service. Simple request regarding a tap filter/stream to harsh splashing everywhere. Was remedied immediately by the gentleman's support & advice & relevant simple product suggested. A very difficult request when in front of the opposition's shop (next door) they hadn't a clue what to suggest.

I contact this company 5x now to place an order, left 3 messages. The number called is the one detailed on the website. The phone is not answered and no calls have been returned. Quite unbelievable when small businesses are recovering from covid. Perhaps if someone from this company reads this review they would be kind enough to listen to their call minder messages and return my calls. Thank you
