This post office has some of the most convenient opening hours in Colchester, and is open on a Sunday which is a huge bonus. Though there is a car park both at the front and rear, it can get very busy at times.

I have used this post office a number of times and had previously been very happy with the service (usually a very polite and friendly gentleman has served me).However, today I phone up with a brief query and the lady interrupted me mid-sentence , without apology or explanation, then hung up on me.I phoned back thinking there had been a misunderstanding and the same lady answered, was very, very rude, gave no apology, and hung up on me again.Please can someone send her for basic courtesy training, or remove her from service?
