After visiting the store I certainly won't be bringing my custom here again approached by rudely mannered staff. . such a shame as you'd think they'll need every custom in the community.

Top girls working there they are so friendly, very cramped anyone unwashed will be smelt.Shop keepers usually keep chat to a minimum. I guess that's because of their pigeon English, which suits me.

This post office has lovely staff that are friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble and I enjoy popping in every now and then to see the two Mandy?s. Thank you ladies for being very pleasant and cheerful

This is the only post office I use just because of the friendliness of staff, although I live in Town Centre and the closest to me is Moorside Postal Office. Like other reviewers left comments yes they have quite a particularly opening time, and also the problem reported while queuing while Covid-19 is true as well but hell we cannot have everything and you MUST protect yourself as well and take an informed decision if you wanna post in quite a small store and quite scrambled. I never found them rude and they were also very attentive to my needs.

social distancing in the queue but when tou get to the counter they have all 3 open so you're less than a metre from the next customer. Also I understand times are stressful, but, don't snap at customers telling them they have to make a decision on which service to use, when you haven't fully given them all the information needed in order to make the choice suitable for their requirements!

my friend sent two postal orders to me in Liverpool from this post office...in a register letter...one got cashed the other one for £40 got took off me. without any payment...my friend said the women behind the counter was to busy talking to her colleague ...in stead of doing the job in hand...my friend paid for the two postal orders and the register letter in good faith....now where the £40 gone ???????
