It's an ok place some places are cheaper than others. So do your homework and know what you want. They don't have everything in stock there they will order it in for you. but it would have been better if the two girls on the tills at the time (weekend) would have stopped their conversation when approached with a question.

Myself and my partner are getting ourselves prepared for 2 kittens. I was about to order some Iams kitten food from an online retailer when I saw this company had much better prices and was local to myself we took a trip down. Staff are lovely! They had part of what we needed and very kindly put the other bits on order for us very easy to navigate store. Lots of choice. Great prices. Great staff! We look forward to becoming regular customers

Not sure should be called discount We popped in there on way to visit mum in Harlow as partner wanted to get some presents for Tara our Turkish Kangal He brought her 2 Zebra Print large dog beds, some Buffalo Tripe treats, some other I believe Beef Tripe Treats which came to just under £80 Tara has decided she doesn't like the beds but the buffalo tripe she loves

Nice selection, unfortunately didnt have what I needed in stock. Prices are below supermarket if you buy in bulk but because they arent sold in wholesale packs. For example 4 packs of 12 rather than a pack of 48 the prices arent what I consider wholesale either.
