Really good experience. Our telly went POP and we went to Hughes to look at options - there was no over sell, they listened to us in regards to the type of television we were having to replace, and sold us just what we needed. Really happy with the Phillips 55inch micro- led.

I prefer HUGHES to other retailers as the staff that actually know what they are on about - not like some that just spout out the specs & have no ability to listen to what the customers say? Colchester store - Salesman Garry was a pleasure to deal with & he understood my needs (Ended up with the Sonos Beam) & priced matched the item too! - Thank you!

Always have shopped here for the service. Today i wanted to buy a £3,000 tv and two staff were more into chatting and relaxing. No help i was stood waiting 18 minutes as they chit chatted. So i reserved online whilst stood in your shop and left. Such a shame as i only go here because currys has terrible service.

Nathan was so helpful and friendly. We were disappointed we couldn't get an earlier delivery so had to go elsewhere, but we felt sad we couldn't buy from him! Fantastic customer service.

Absolutely useless organisation. Visited twice and refused to install new cooker. Electrician says that they are very petty and there is no reason why they can't fit it. Petty useless company that think they know better than a qualified engineer. Avoid unless you want hassle l.

Following a problem with our appliance, the manufacturer was unhelpful. We contacted Hughes and Gaynor stepped in, quickly rectifying our problem. She was friendly, understanding and professional, giving excellent customer service. Thank you Gaynor. A real asset to Hughes.
