“Decent selection of clothes, could be better but as I say, it's "ok".Usual problem that's already been mentioned is that click and collect is upstairs and fitting rooms are downstairs, so if you want to try on something you have ordered it's not as easy as it could be.Add in that it is cramped and the narrow aisles make it hard to negotiate your way through, especially on a busy weekend day.There should also be a large, clear sign that tells you the click and collect is UPSTAIRS! Many people have queued downstairs at the tills for 10+ minutes only to be told to go upstairs to the Click and Collect machines. When you do go upstairs, there's not enough (or any?) signage that tells you where this is, so some people end up waiting at the till on the upstairs floor....only to THEN be directed to the machines hidden behind a wall.So yes, more signage or a better layout or both.”

I've now bought a sofa and chair from here, and because they were so kind and helpful, I went back to buy the carpet. They have bent over backwards to fit around my timings. Real old-fashioned service - with a smile! This will be my first stop from now on.”

“Have plenty different crafting staff, children toys is not much variation but for small things you can find there, let say I wanted to get baby schooter I needed to go to Smiths. They have some things for outdoor items, and plenty for home deco etc.”
