I cannot recommend Stellisons highly enough, they have a great selection of appliances in store and would always choose to shop there now instead of certain larger companies. Nathan helped us choose all the appliances for our new kitchen and has been so helpful taking time to talk us through the best options. They even price matched the products for us from online competitors. Jake has also been very helpful to us Dealing with the order and arranging delivery days. Thankyou Stellisons, I will definitely be back to you in the future.

shocking service poor communication. took my money had to chase them for my results. Then told me the part would be 2 to 3 days. after 5 days had to chase them again only to be told parts was closed and call back monday. called monday and they was waiting on a reply and would call me back. Did they hell chased again to be told it would take a month for the part. 10 days without a freezer. requested all my money back as they did nothing. got told to email the manager. And yep they still havent replied. and still havent refunded me. would never use these robbing poor excuse of a service.

This place is excellent. We just had to buy four ?white goods? in quick succession (why does everything need replacing at the same time?) so went here as usual. In-store sales advice is very helpful. Lots to choose from. Next day delivery by people who communicate well and care about customer service. Careful installation where nothing is too much trouble. And competitive prices too. If you live in Colchester you?d be mad to buy electrical goods on line when you visit this store instead.
