Absolutely disgusting customer service. We bought almost all of the items in the bathroom, and there was a displayed vanity, basin and tap that I bought. The tap was the most expensive in the shop, but it was extremely faulty. They did not tell us in the shop, and displayed this faulty item in the store for people to buy. When you turn on the tap and move it to the hot water side, the water hits straight to the overflow cover and spills water everywhere in the bathroom uncontrollably. This cost us a lot of money, and we informed them with a video but they were not helpful, and they didn?t offer us any compensation. We have to buy a completely new tap from another shop. Absolute waste of money and time. Stay away from this supplier!

Easy bathrooms in Colchester is an amazing experience. With 2 floors to explore and more show bathrooms on display than you can imagine it really has everything you could wish for. Mark, who helped us along the way, allowed us time to explore alone without any pressure, but when we had any questions, he was immediately available to assist. Delivery was on time and without issue although we should have booked the 2 man delivery for the extra money it would have been well worth it. Overall, we are delighted with the customer service we received from Mark he really does go out of his way to help. The bathroom looks amazing. We would highly recommend Easy Bathrooms.

Wow ,truly extensive range of bathroom suites, especially walk in showers.2 floors of displays.Staff allow you to browse freely, very helpful and knowledgeable when needed.They will even hold your order until you need it. Tiles and accessories are also available.Parking right outside the door.

Terrible experience, incorrect items supplied, incorrect invoice details, missing items from delivery. Waiting since July for a profile apparently can?t be delivered until after Xmas. We sourced and purchased the item ourselves and it was delivered the following day. I will never set foot in this store again - USELESS!!!! Don not use these people!!!!!
