Highly recommend Gemma at Dedham Pharmacy for micro suction wax removal.Gemma examined my ears and then explained what was going to happen during the procedure, she also checked continuously throughout making sure I was comfortable during it. I was given good clear explanation of what to do next and when to go back..I left the consulting room with hearing back in both ears and much more comfortablethan when i arrived. Thank you !

I?ve been to so many places for ear wax removal, but can honestly say I?ve never felt so well looked after as when I visited Jemma at Dedham Pharmacy. So patient, accommodating and thorough, and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I came in and got both ears done, but my one ear was so badly blocked I had to come in again another day. For all of that, Jemma insisted on charging me for just one ear! Amazing, I won?t be going to anyone else from now on :) definitely recommend!

Unfortunately I was unable to have my pre-booked yellow fever vaccination as I fell outside the age criteria. Wasted journey. Staff were apologetic.

I was impressed by the speed they could see me for the ear wax removal. Arrived half an hour early and was immediately seen by the most friendly, professional and helpful staff member. I was truly impressed by my experience here and would certainly recommend.

Awful. Cancelled my appointment as I was driving to it. What a waste of my money on petrol. No sign anywhere of cost for vaccine on website. Wouldn't use again.

The clinic provides a professional service and I was made to feel at ease during treatment. Gemma was very reassuring and kept me informed about what was happening at each stage. It was a huge relief afterwards !

I went to Dedham pharmacy for travel clinic. The people working there are very lovely, very helpful. I would say its worth phoning in before your vaccine appointment to check if they have the vaccine you want in stock. Overall experience was great.
