Bought a telly here. The service was initially slow but the Samsung fella stepped in a let me pick up my telly and pay without waiting for a sales person. Highly recommended.

Treated myself to a new pair of Airpods.Customer service was awful. I can accept they were busy, people like myself bombarding the store looking for sale bargains x 100, but rudeness is unacceptable .The sales assistant chastised me rudely for even suggesting I try the airpods before I buy (hygienic reasons, I understand), nobody can try on and when I asked him if I could talk about changing volume and channels he suggested I "try YouTube instead"! If I wasn't angry and he a nicer person ,I would have found that funny and laughed.He also huffed when I payed cash.....Thankfully, I love my Bose Airpods.I think I'll have a panic attack if I was to revisit Currys, Tollgate again!

Good service by knowledgeable staff when it was clearly very busy.Sad that there is not stock of what I wanted and so ordered it from their website ... but could just as easily or more easily have ordered from Amazon... but did not as I had been to store. Holding greater stock levels would make sense.However .. I can see that they do not offer stock as their car park is height restricted so you cannot get a van into the car park ... so actually not ideal. Parked elsewhere and walked which with a larger item I would not.

Great products. Polite people but only gave them 3 stars because we picked a tv , wanted to take it there and then but they said no delivery only and got to pay for delivery after paying £1300 for a TV. Went to another store in stanway paid and took away with us

Do not purchase anything from Curry?s !!! Our tumble dryer set on fire in our house last Wednesday!!! Luckily it was spotted quickly enough and I was able to get it outside before any damaged was caused. We called them on the day this happened getting pushed from one person to another to finally getting told they will rite off the appliance send us a voucher for us to get another one. One week later and multiple people putting the phone down on us we now found out tonight they will not rite it off. The repair policy also says that someone will be out to look at it within 7 days or if not you can get a replacement. 7 days later not one phone call and know one has been to look at it. Absolute joke of a company and yet again tonight after being pushed from pillar to post twice we have the phone put down on is !!! Avoid like the plague

The best thing about Curry?s Colchester is that there is a Hughes store next door, we went to buy a new tv, spent 15-20 minutes looking at the televisions and not one single member of staff approached us asking if we needed help, so we left and went next door, where they were very friendly and helpful. In summary don?t bother and go to Hughes instead.

One star because you can't do minus. What rude staff. All happy to walk round but not to actually work. We were accosted as soon as we got in the store, not ready for help yet. When we needed help, asked 2 different members of staff and got the same rude response. We only wanted a price as the shelf wasn't priced up. The one in Ipswich is no better. A bit of customer service training needed here. We won't be going back. Can highly recommend Hughes next door. Now they understand customer service. We made the purchase elsewhere.

Customer service- goodOrdered for something in store and did a click and collect which is very easy to do. All in all, it is convenient and has ample parking space.

I had an issue with a product I had bought, everyone was trying what they could to help me and were really friendly. Josh came over after his break and was really helpful and fixed the problem for me.

Waited half an hour to actually be served. Tried to pay using some gift cards to be told that they will only accept 3. We left and went to Argos, where we got a better deal, plus we were able to use all of my gift cards. Plus....we got served straight away!

I keep trying to use this place and should give up- asked for help from a man walking about with a clip board - he was the floor manager! But all the salesmen were busy and he was busy managing the floor! not the first time this has happened- perhaps he could help serve customers or manage the floor better! eventually went in for 3 things and was told ?only available online? well i can shop online but i wanted to spend money there and then on not complicated products and some advice - i really must give up trying to give DSG retail any money in store and even online - they don?t deserve it!

Bought a laptop from an amazing salesman who was informative and guided on add ions which we bought . Paid for set up and left ithe laptop with them . After a week still not ready which wasn?t an issue but had the unfortunate experience of meeting EMMA on the collection desk . When the salesman asked her if my laptop was ready she flew into a rage banging drawers , very rude to her fellow colleague making me feel very u comfortable . Staring very loudly that if he thought he could do the job quicker than a week he should do so , he only asked a question on my behalf . She continued to rant very red faced . Another of her colleagues told me she had a few rude customers before hand and was having a bad day ? as a customer I shouldn?t have known this ? customer service first ?. The colleague who tried to explain , then took it upon himself to get involved ( I feel he liked the attention ) when actually the uncomfortable situation didn?t need to happen . Some staff in this shop pretend to be deaf when you try to get service . But for one or two salespeople this shop is a joke .

I have had the misfortune of dealing with your telephone and online support team over 20 times in the last few weeks... and still my simple requests regarding my Service Agreement Number BGRTVF2J.. you have sent me the wrong parts 3 times...failed to send the overhead filter grill multiple times. And refused to arrange my annual valet as on line booking fails each time. Despite being advised in store to arrang over the phone. Your staff are a mixture of incompetence and unreliable
