Very horrible people rude arrogant the young fat boy that works look like he don?t even want to work was very rude wouldn?t go to this shop as they ripped off my family members sold them a broken phone please avoid buying here they look down on people and talk behind peoples back when they leave the store seen them do it to customers that?s was the last Time I go there. Cash converters was much more polite and trust worthy and won?t sell you broken stuff

We went into Cash in Hand in Colchester today to purchase a smart phone. The young man called Taylor and the other young man ( did not know his name) were extremely helpful, friendly and polite.
