The professionalism of the staff at this branch is first rate, when visiting the area I had my camera equipment stolen from our car, on the off chance I called in to see if anyone had brought anything in and they couldn?t be more helpful. I left a list of items with my contact details and when the thieves brought them in they managed to keep the items, contact the police and another similar shop in the area to make them aware.

Damaged 2 of my camera lenses with significant scratches to the glass while inspecting them, refused to buy them.Do not, under any circumstance, hand over any delicate or precision machinery to staff, they are not professional in handling it nor do they care about any damage they cause to your belongings.Edit: As per the owners reply, I can 100% confirm it was the Colchester store. If you are looking to sell or buy cameras I advise avoiding this establishment entirely.

Spoke to 3 different staff members on route to sell them my TV and not until I got there did they tell me they only took TVs with a stand. Completely wasted an hour of my time. Thanks a lot cash converters.

Terrible aftercare if you have a problem.Will try everything in the book to avoid giving a refund.Arrogant and dismissive customer service.My advice is buy online so you have buyer protections.

Staff are super friendly and have wide selection of gaming, dvds, blu rays, phones, tablets etc.Good pricing too.Will definitely be using them in the future over other second hand stores.
