Worst service everWent into store left standing around for half an hour not even knowledge by the two staff membersFinally get served wanted to terminate contract due to poor service and communication.Jasmine dealt with this at the time left there thinking all was sorted only to a call the next day to say she had not done what was asked.Even though I asked her at the time did she need the box to which she replied no , so now have to make the trip back there to take the box and to make sure I will not be charged for the week that was meant to be terminated poor poor service

A joy to get a long standing issue with VOXI sorted face to face.If you have an issue with VOXI, welcome to hell. You can't talk to an actual human, only a cretinous VOXI web robot who's first language is not English.After 8 weeks of VOXI sending me wrong replacement SIMS (one to my previous address!). I thought I'd see if a VODAFONE human could help me in a Vodafone shop. I explained the problem and within 15 minutes the very helpful member of staff (Charlotte?) managed to get me my original mobile number back and activated. Thank you so much? .VOXI are still in the last chance saloon with me as a customer. I hope they ditch the utterly useless web portal, customer disservice approach soon - some problems need a human touch to solve. VOXI' s approach to customer relations is pathetic!

I am dealing with Ron at the moment ,the problem is dealing with me keeping my old number he is keeping updated on a daily basis, Ron is what we need face to face and not all computer talk. Vodafone need to have more employees like Ron and becky in the store.
