I'm very loyal to the Co-op brand and in particular all the Chelmsford Star Co-op stores. However despite the advertised closing time of 10pm on a Saturday, I was extremely disappointed to find the shop already closed at 8:58pm on October 28th 2023. If the advertised closure time is 10pm then it should be 10pm

Went into store when it opened and was told by a member of staff that their coffee machine had to be cleaned. Why on earth wasn't this done before opening. Very poor staff and service.

I like shopping here for the staff are more helpful than sop opposite also it has a wide range of choices food drinks, etcThe opening hours check them out they may surprise you ?
