The worst Tesco Express I have ever been in. The staff are slow, unhelpful and downright miserable. They would sooner stand around chatting to each other or their customer friends than offer a professional customer service. The worst service is when trying to collect a parcel, rude and can't be bothered.Get rid and start again!!

I went to drop off an Evri parcel today and was greeted with ?we can?t take your parcel we ain?t got no room?. Very unprofessional and rude. No sorry or suggestions where I might go. A waste of my time. AVOID!

Friendly and helpful staff who always take the time to say hello. Disability friendly and considerate to our additional needs. They don't always have everything in stock that I need but generally a nice selection of food for a small convenience store.

Absolutely terrible experience this morning. I have never encountered such a rude member of staff in my whole life. Not only was she rude and disrespectful, but the invalid points she made against us for doing nothing wrong were unjustified and totally out of order. Very explicit language was used to insult and belittle us, in addition to the end result which was being banned from paying for our lunch. We were respectful, valid and stayed calm as we had a woman shouting in our faces.

Average tesco, OK if you need a few things, would be more stars if it wasn't for the staff, half of them seem to think they are employed to chat to each other and ignore customers...

A big sweaty security guard leaning over, with his belly resting across a metal trolley playing on his phone would be unacceptable in any other place. But not here!Embarrasing

There is an extremely and unnecessarily rude woman that works there. The rest of the staff are as what you would expect.I?m sure the Tesco head office are unaware of her behaviour but it is ok there are 4 Co op?s in the area, I can spend my money in those instead!

AVOID this "convenience" store at all costs!!Rude staff, basically they think because some people steal from them, everyone is a thief and they will openly accuse you of theft, even if you try to use a clubcard voucher without the clubcard. Either that or they snarl at you when you approach the till and tut / sigh when they have to actually walk 2 metres to approve something on the self-service checkout.Ridiculously expensive, and any offers they have actually bring the items down to the standard prices at Aldi or Lidl for example. The fruit section is substandard, and any reductions are only lowered by a few pence, hardly worth it and a waste of food, as people wont buy fruit and veg that is turning or going off at just below normal prices, so it's probably thrown out.The range they have is poor, plus the freezer at the back of the store is always full of ice, needs defrosting or cleaning out more often.Products are always placed on the wrong shelf or above the wrong price ticket and staff don't seem to care or offer to help.God awful shop, and they are lucky they are located where they are because they would be going out of business but for the people who live nearby and can't get elsewhere (i.e. elderly customers etc)
