Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this establishment. The lady staff at the counter exhibited extremely rude behavior towards me, leaving me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. It's difficult to fully convey just how unpleasant the interaction was, but suffice it to say, her demeanor was unprofessional and unwelcoming. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, which was sorely lacking in this instance. I sincerely hope that management addresses these issues promptly to ensure that other patrons do not have to endure similar treatment in the future.

I arrived at this (usually) good postal business a whole 10 minutes before closing time as it was the only time I could make on this day (I had a parcel to send urgently to one Darren Bee)To my dismay I found they had closed early meaning I came all that way for nothing. No indication was given that they would be closing early as they were still listed online as being open.I would never get away with this at the store where I work. Displeased.

Favourite post office in Chelmsford. Really friendly start who are also quick and efficient. I use this post office 3-4 times a week and even when busy there is never a long wait. Far far better than Town centre one.

Will definitely not use this post office ever again. I wanted to post by special which normally includes free envelope. I was told there were no free envelopes left and to get any one I wanted from the shelf. So I did, but then once packed and at the counter I was told to pay 39p, which nobody told me I would have to buy it. Then I was told if I?m not happy I can go elsewhere. I know 39p is not a big deal, but the cost was pushed onto customer for their local mismanagement. What is more funny they were prepared to throw that pity envelope away , but not to accept the fact that it was down to them to sort out. I was told ?nothing is free in this world? . ? What is more shocking , I found from my friend who lives locally , that they did this to her few times. Really bad customer service. Avoid if you can!
