Ordered a load of South African food online and was unfortunate enough to have these in charge it delivering it. All my stuff was stolen by the delivery driver, no attempt to deliver the item, my wife caught him on camera opening my parcel up. Will be taking legal action. Joke company.

Same issue each time, not saying it's down to this exact centre with sending out the customs letters but you order something from abroad. You then end up waiting a week for them to send you the customs charge once the parcel arrives in the UK, You pay the charge and select the delivery date, and not once has the parcel been out for delivery on the date selected. Each time ends up coming the following week after having to call them to chase it up. I never understand why Parcelforce always seems to take over the handerling of a parcel what's been sent via DHL. Such a slow process to get anything done by them.

Not worth it even one star!Waiting 3 days for the delivery of the parcel 3 days been out for delivery. First day says it?s been attempted but no one actually has attempt to deliver nor left any card of what?s next! Second day (yesterday) showed out for delivery all day someone was at home for the last 30-60 min I played outside with my daughter no one showed up, live updates suddenly gone yet 8pm still says out for delivery but no one has try to deliver, spend over 30min waiting on the phone for someone to pick up the phone yet nothing?. Called first thing in the morning on the third day, yet pretty useless delivery will be delivered today? finally showed update online yet again no delivery despite the time frame!!!! Not even attempted delivery!All 3 days driver was 5min away but yet didint move for 2 hours From the same spot and all 3 days the same thing, same spot for at least an your!!!! Same driver! I would try and give benefit of the doubt that maybe GPS hasnt update on time but when He moved somewhere else live updates changes too!!!! Same Delivery driver!!!!Absolutley disgusting!!!! Need to thing who they hire to do the job as these people absolutley usles!!!! Fuming!!!!!!!
