Desperately waiting for my delivery at the building concierge.I called and requested a delivery on 09th of June, took the day off to sign for my parcel. While tracking it saw that i was missed ? Like how ? When ? Did you even ring the door ? Was I that deaf? I went to the concierge to check if a card was left for me, nothing was there.I went outside the building to check if anything was attached outside nothing!The least you can do is leave a card at least I know that you are really trying to reach me and i am the one who is doing a bad job.When I complain on the live chat they ask me to contact the original company to arrange for a redelivery.Extremely unhappy with the service and the stress the put me through.

I came here yesterday as a new customer without much of a clue as to what I needed to do. I want to give a shout out to Gary who was very patient, kind and super helpful to walk me through the steps from registering to completing the paperwork and getting my package dispatched perfectly. Next day delivery paid for I stayed home from work first it said untill 6 pm then tracking change and said will be delivered until the end of day its now 11pm and I'm fuming ? I called up and 550pm and asked if my parcel will be delivered today the said I dint know but I will forward a email and someone will be in contact tomorrow absolute embarrassing what kind of delivery place is this I thought DHL was bad but after this they are decent compared to the fed ex cowboys it should be criminal to operate like this as a professional company ZEROO STARS

Fedex are the worst courier service you'll ever deal with! Leave cards when you're at home waiting and don't knock, re-schedule for a certain day and take time off work to wait and they then decide not to deliver that day and choose another day without even notifying me. AVOID FEDEX!

Parcel not delivered.spoke to customer services who arranged for me to visit depot and collect it. When I arrived I was told it had been sent back to supplier 4 days ago.

I?m missing a parcel from Dubai! I paid import bill and it says it was delivered next day and signed! Which is never happened! I was calling costumers services, holding a line for a half an hour until one idiot answered and said that she is transferring me to international line, what she really done just put me back on auto-call. Terrible service, no help at all!

I cannot believe the service I have had from FedEx Chelmsford. My package was due Tuesday 21 July before 6pm no show but rubbish tried to deliver no one in left note don?t think so we?re in and no one knocked or note left. Got email on 22 July in morning saying it will be delivered today guaranteed by 6pm yet again no show more lies. Trying to contact FedEx is a complete joke total of 1 hour on phone to be told they?ve emailed and rung Chelmsford yet no reply. I live 17 miles from them 30 minute drive a 5 hour walk yet in 2 days they still can?t manage to get my package to me I?m totally disappointed with them and I hope never to use FedEx again. #fedexuk

if i could give a zero star i would, stupid drivers, with no common sense, looking at the commenrs below, its actually shocking, how can you run a business like this, only care about the revenue and not about actually service provided. how can you delivery at the wrong address and not leave any notes considering it is an empty building, hope they actually had the brain to take the parcel back.

Have waited in all day for delivery. The driver did not knock at the door despite having a big door knocker so we missed him. This service is not acceptable. I will avoid any company in future who ships using fedex
