Amazing service and real expertise on display at Dreams Chelmsford. Would recommend to anybody who is overwhelmed with choice when purchasing a mattress.We were met promptly by Maria despite it being close to closing time we were not hurried out of the store. We had some analysis done on the machine in dreams that matched us to a selection of mattresses at a range of prices (none of which we had previously considered due to looking solely at firm ones). Maria showed her expertise immediately by telling us that medium is for us and after laying on a few she was proved absolutely correct. These mattresses felt so much comfier than anything else we had tried and Maria was extremely patient with us despite probably secretly wanting to be going home! Thanks to Maria we now have the mattress of our ?Dreams? at a discount price due to the Black Friday sale. Maria completely re-affirmed why expensive purchases on important items require an in person touch and can never be replaced with solely online retail.Maria is a huge asset to the store, as she almost instinctively knew when we needed help and when to give us space to make a decision of our own. Whilst other sales people may have pushed us into a more expensive purchase with interest free financing, Maria was a stellar example that less is more sometimes when it comes to selling high ticket items as we left the store purchasing something more expensive than we would have ever considered, yet feeling extremely happy that we had got great value.During the stressful time that is buying a property, and fitting it out with furniture - Maria removed all of the stress that we?d had when trying to purchase a mattress online or from other stores.

My Partner and I went out to buy a bed frame and a mattress, not knowing what we really wanted, we knew that we wanted a TV bed due to limited space in the bedroom for a Tv. We went in to dreams at Chelmsford and where greeted by George the sales man there and we found him to be amazing, one of the best sales experience's i have had, he wasn't pushy was very welcoming, listened to us on what we required. He offered drinks which was appreciated. showed us the dreams bed machine which saw how we slept and showed us what the right mattress and pillows where for the type of sleepers we are. He came across as very passionate and wanted to be involved which was great for us. I have mentioned him to a couple of family members as i was that impressed with him. At the end of it all he took the time to engage us and made the experience not as daunting because as we know a bed frame and mattress can be very costly. We did end up getting a great deal and we are now looking forward to the bed arriving this month :)

We visited your store in Chelmsford today and Michelle helped us. She was amazing. There was no hard sell which always puts me off. She did the 'bed test' which was excellent then from our results showed us several beds that would be suitable from our bespoke results. Michelle was very knowledgeable about the difference between mattresses which was great as we had no idea, she was very patient and there was no pressure. Went into the store today to purchase a bed for my daughter, the sales assistant Michelle was an absolute Dream, she was extremely helpful and pleasant, I didn't feel pressured, Michelle treated my daughter with respect and included her in each step of our visit which was wonderful.Left with a beautiful bed and yes it was an enjoyable experience.Thank you again Michelle.

The service was great right from the measuring bed to the ordering. The bed told which mattresses were best for me (I only needed a mattress) and I tried them and found the one I wanted. Lynn then went through all that Dreams could do for me which included taking the old mattress away and recycling it. This was great and did away with the pfaff of taking the old one to the tip. The whole experience was good (coffee was great) professional and the price was reasonable too. Thank you for making the experience a great one

It was a very easy and smooth experience, the bed expert Lynn was very kind and helped us find a bed within budget that is comfortable for both me and my partner. I would highly recommend going in store for the direct consultation completely free !
