Hopeless aftercare after I purchased my car. Service team were scarily incompetent with the most basic of things. They are STILL sending me marketing material after I have requested at least 3 times in the past 2 years to stop contacting me. An embarrassment to the "prestige" that is supposed to come with having a Merc.
