“I just want to say how grateful I am to the lovely lady who took my return parcel today after the Billericay High Street Post Office refused it. I was told by my provider that I could take it to any post office. But the High St branch flatly refused as they said it was too large. They let me wait in the queue for some time before letting me know they were not going to accept it. Said it was the rules and they don't make them. I do feel (and I think a lot of others in the queue) that they could have been more helpful. But Sunnyville, even though she queried the size of the package, when she saw my QR code and email from the provider accepted it. That will be my go to branch in the future.”
