Dan goes above and beyond ! So happy with the service today from Billericay MOT centre. Dan re-adjusted and cleaned my lights in his own time to get the PASS on my MOT. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning !

I've used Billericay MOT for several years now for 2 cars because its a very convenient location but also the service provided is excellent. This is not a place where a cheap MOT is done and then 'faults' are found - this is a proper place with great service. Minor fixes are typically done without and fuss. I've also had an issue trying to remove a stuck lug nut many years ago and Dan helped get it removed.General information about the safe running of your car is also provided which is very useful.

Just a shame I can't give this rating zero stars so I had my MOT booked in for today which I booked three weeks ago however upon arrival I was told they can't do it because apparently the vehicle is too low to get onto the ramp however every garage I've used it's managed to get onto the ramp without any issues I was then later referred to go to main garage in South Green I explained the situation to them and their words were the guy is being a p**** of course he can get that on the ramp that isn't what I want to hear. So I've decided to take my business elsewhere if you fancy getting the run around then take your car here.

Cannot recommend enough! Phoned in the morning looking for an MOT and he managed to get me in the same day! Absolutely brilliant customer service and great advice. Honestly will not be going anywhere else again.

Absolutely amazing service we was really struggling to book our MOT as it ran out this week and couldn?t get any other day the first thing the gentleman said was bring it in leave it with me and I?ll sort it and he did exactly that !! Brilliant service will 100% go again xx would 1000000% recommend!!!

I tried a few garages before finding Dan and would not go anywhere else now. He is an honest, reliable and most importantly up front person. All my family take their cars to him as he has the best customer service we have found. He is a genuinely nice person who will not steer you wrong.
