Called up in the morning 10am drove down about half an hour later and drove out 2 hours later with four new tyres and tracking complete. The 2 gents that were working yesterday Sunday 3rd Sept were very friendly, professional, helpful and efficient.

Recently had my MOT done here and received excellent service from them. A very friendly team of guys, approachable, funny and knowledgable as to what had gone wrong. Car sorted, all very easy. Special shout out to James who was brilliant with my two boys!!

Had a car brake check at kwikfit, they said all ok with 5K - 10k miles wear left, after cleaning & spraying the discs.500 miles later my calliper & pad break, with brake fluid lost on the M5, with a 6 hour wait for RAC rescue. #kwikfit shocking. #kwikfix

Having tried to go to work and had a nasty surprise of a slow puncture and my garage not having returned my locking wheel nut and then having to call out the AA, I duly visited the Kwik Fit Portslade branch and threw myself on their mercy. I must say that as a woman, it is often daunting going into a garage but the acting manager had a great sense of humour and put me at my ease and customer service was second to none. The acting manager spent 15 minutes mending my puncture and sorting out the problem and sent me on my way back to full driving health! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kwik Fit Portslade to all my friends as being friendly and efficient and offering a top class service. Keep up the good work!

I was in Brighton for a festival and needed to drive back to Bristol that morning when I found a nail in my tyre. The lad fitted me in as he knew I had a long drive back and was so friendly, quick and professional. Top class. He didn?t normally work in Brighton either and was covering a shift - he showed such professionalism.

My car failed its MOT, which is frustrating but happens. What made me feel unhappy was that, when I dropped the car off at 10.45am as per my appointment time, I was told I would be called in 45mins to an hour. When it reached 3pm and I hadn't heard anything, I called up myself. The car had been ready to collect for some time but nobody has called me.I also would have liked more help with the issue raised by the MOT. I was simply told the repair couldn't be done there. Some guidance or information about why would have really been appreciated (especially as, having now spoken to other garages, it seems to be pretty standard).

From start to finish the service was brill. I spoke to a guy on front desk, he was knowledgeable and approachable. It turns out, he helped fit my new tyres and explained everything in detail. I wish I knew his name to call him out.

The two team members that I dealt with were excellent. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Even worked on late to make sure I wasn?t stranded while dealing with all the other customers and some tricky situations chucked their way. They are a credit to your branch.

I have to admit, I've usually tried to avoid Kwik Fit in the past and to use more local independent garages but I took them up their offer of a free air con check as mine didn't seem to be working.They managed to see me promptly and were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Got to work straight away and within an hour I was on my way with an ice cold car.The chaps were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I'd have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.Thanks very much!

These guys were so helpful when I had a slow puncture and asked them to fix it. They were quick, helpful, and hardly charged me anything. Very good customer service. I was pleasantly surprised and definitely worth a review.

Saw a lump in a Tyler just before a long drains to visit family, so took the car in and told them the situation and they took the car in and replaced the Tyler within 30 min.Excellent service and I would recommend anyone to use them.Big thanks to Lucas and James who were brilliant today.
