Fantastic Service. The mechanic was with my new car battery and waiting to fit it within seconds of me agreeing which battery I wanted with the cashier. In all it took 5 minutes. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Thoroughly recommended.

Awesome experience after an mot failure at kwik fit (for brakes) and they couldn?t do the repair right away.Contacted Halfords, they had a free slot and also gave me a heart attack after receiving a quote for the M-Sport brakes all round.Lloyd was excellent and reminded me I had brakes for life - and saved me £400 which really took the sting out!!!!Cheers you bloody legend!!Couldn?t be happier with this garage.All round swift service, great communication and no complaints.

I went to buy some brake pads but they no longer stock them?They checked the system and told me the Brighton store had plenty in stock.I drove to Brighton and the Brighton store had none in stack and said they never would have as they are ordered in from Europarts.What a mess. The whole point of Halfords used to be to go into store and buty off the shelf.I ended up buying from Autolec in Newhaven on Monday morning. Shall give Halfords a swerve in future and just arrange parts with Autolec.

I try and shop locally and not use Amazon, but twice now I have tried to buy a bike computer, and today 10 days since my 1st visit, still none.Also no common garden Turtle car wax.One member of staff with a long queue.No wonder these shops are dying and everyone is using the Internet.Shame.

On Tuesday, 12 July, my sister and I were driving home from Sussex when a warning light appeared concerning the tyres. Having previously experienced the trauma of breaking down with a damaged tyre and having to wait on a busy dual carriageway for hours before help arrived, my sister was extremely worried. We made it home to Seaford and went straight to Halfords in Newhaven. It was toward the end of the working day and they were, as usual, extremely busy. Despite this, a lovely gentleman called Brad checked the tyres, reassured us all was ok, reset the dashboard, and explained why the warning sign had been triggered. Brad - thank you so very much for your time and for your kindness. You could easily have said no, but you didn't, and it meant so much. Fabulous customer service.

Seriously excellent customer service. Bought new tyres online, arrived at pre-booked time, the guy on the desk was expecting me, he was really friendly told me half an hour. I went for a coffee, they had the job done in half an hour. Perfect! I previously went for a free clutch check at the same branch and had a similarly good experience. It's a great way to buy tyres.
