SO RUDE, Refused to be served dor not wearing a mask and was asked to prove exception that they are NOT allowed to ask then being backed up by other coustmers in the store as well would avoid this shop at all cost very rude will never return

So poor. There is never enough stock, not even for essentials like milk. Very overpriced. The staff never really want to serve you. You always have to wait in the shop, especially at the post office as well. I thought the Ringmer shop would be better under Morrisons.. but it seems not. Do better Morrisons!!

I would avoid completely to be honest. First time I went in there I was overcharged on every single reduced item I brought. They never take money off the reduced items and charge full price?.the elderly lady behind the till said I was wrong and the mini cheddars were never on offer yet there is a HUGE sign where the crisps are saying reduced!!!! . Second time I went in there, no stock at all no milk, 1 loaf of bread, left no cat food at all. Third time I went in there I was overcharged AGAIN and this time by the manager ! Of all people. I asked for a receipt and didn?t get one just a GOODBYE!! In my face. Sort it out Morrison?s your a brand new store and it looks like everyone on here has given you 1 star.

I wont be using this store again! staff are rude and obnoxious and fail to acknowledge you are waiting at the counter...? I waited for over 15 min at the post office while the gentlemen behind the counter carried on completing his paperwork! no apology for the delay and was very abrupt when dealing with other customers! the customer service here is non existent, manners are free, it doesn't take much to crack a smile or say please and thank you! sort yourself out guys..... my 13 year old son has better interpersonal skills

It's ok to pop in for a few bits if necessary however it is overly expensive and have been overcharged a few time so would add up exactly how much everything is before getting to the till. Some of the staff are rude and almost seemed irritated to see customers.

All but two members of staff are very rude. Prices high and stock surprisingly limited for size of shop. Often long queues. Staff always smoking outside front of shop.
