Very dirty tables. 3 trays of dirty used cups and plates on my table. 1 tray was collected, I was told by a miserable red headed lady member of staff to put the other 2 on the window sill as "I can't carry any more" The trays sat there for nearly an hour.My visit of an hour, not once did I see her clean a table. Came at around 16:35 for a coffee so my disabled partner could have a break from walking around before our shop. Tried looking at the drinks menu for a while (it plays videos in between menus that we have to wait to finish lol). A woman served us and said hi to get our attention and then snapped it a second time I assume... read full comment

Three members of staff cleaning and restocking- not serving when there was a queue of6 people. I know Costa is a chain, but apart from making load of money like other chain coffee shops how do they not have to prioritise customer
